Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   Reservation is open for members of JITO and JBN only.

2. Reservation Process:

• To reserve accommodation, guests must complete the reservation form and submit it along with the required payment.

• Reservations are considered successful only after payment details are reconciled.

• Submission of the form indicates your interest in booking accommodation and does not guarantee confirmation of the reservation.

• Hotel & Accommodation vendor is TRAVERGY ROUTER PRIVATE LIMITED.

3. Confirmation of Reservation:

• Rooms are limited and will be allotted on a first come, first served basis, subject to successful membership verification, payment reconciliation, and any other required compliance.

• Confirmation of reservation will be communicated via Email / WhatsApp as provided in the reservation form.

• Preference for confirmation will be given to JITO members of participating chapters, zone members, JBN Referral Group members, and non-JITO community members in the same order.

4. Payment:
   Full payment for the accommodation must be made at the time of submitting the reservation request.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Once payment has been made, the booking is non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.

6. Changes to Reservation Arrangements:
   The organizers reserve the right to make changes to accommodation arrangements, including but not limited to hotel, room allocation, or stay schedule, without prior notice. In case of significant changes, reasonable efforts will be made to inform registered guests.

7. Liability:
   Guests agree to hold the organizers and their affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their stay or accommodation arrangements. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and are advised to take appropriate precautions.

8. Photography and Recording:
   Guests agree that any photographs or recordings taken during the stay by the organizers or their affiliates may be used for promotional or communication purposes.

9. Code of Conduct:
   Guests agree to maintain appropriate conduct during their stay, including but not limited to:

a. Respectful behavior towards other guests, staff, and management.

b. No harassment, discrimination, or misconduct toward others.

c. No misuse of hotel property or disturbance to other guests.

10. Governing Law:
    These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the accommodation is located.

11. Acceptance of Terms:
    By submitting the reservation form, guests acknowledge that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

12. Final Authority:
    The decision of the JBN Committee shall be final in all matters related to reservations and associated arrangements.

13. Agreement:
    By submitting the form, you confirm your agreement to the terms and conditions mentioned above.
